Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation

Ayurveda is an Indian Natural Health Care System now practiced in over 30 countries. It commences with consultations followed by a series of procedures covering detox, diet, supplements, and therapies with an expert (qualified) who will advise and oversee your progress. Ayurveda is curative and preventative. The healthcare consultation is intricate and designed to assess an individual’s dominant Dosha(issue) which will be one of three forces, Vata, Pitta, or Kapha.

These are discovered by considering your weight, diet, and bowel movements, skin, and hair type etc. to psychological conditions like anger management.

Herbs Recommendation

In Ayurveda, health is regarded much more than just the lack of disease. It is about binding our soul, body, and mind into a perfect balance, along with our senses and spirit. Herbs extend a gentle approach to support this and bring the doshas back into balance.

Herbs can be used in teas, herbal remedies, food recipes, and in the beauty products. There are so many ways to incorporate the healing power of plants in your life.

Our expertise lies in suggesting the best herbs according to your body type and issues faced. Herbs are regarded as the soul of Ayurveda.

Ayurvedic Massage

An Ayurvedic massage is a holistic approach—aiming to relieve emotional stress and physical stress.. In an Ayurvedic massage, essential oils are way more crucial, as is the focus on the body’s energy points rather than joints and muscles. In fact, Ayurvedic massage is sometimes referred to as an “oil massage” because of how much it relies on warm essential oils that suit an individual’s needs and dosha. In Ayurveda, the body is composed of three distinct energies, or doshas: Kapha (space and air), Pitta (fire and water) and Vata (water and earth). Each person has one dominant dosha and can keep it balanced by following a specific diet and lifestyle.

Shirodhara

Shirodhara is an ancient ayurvedic treatment that involves the technique of gradually pouring the ayurvedic oil/milk on the centre of the forehead which is followed by head massage.

Shirodhara treatment enhances the central nervous system and helps treat psychosomatic diseases like depression and mental fatigue. It also helps exfoliate dead skin cells, relax muscular tension, and balance doshas in the body.
